Most payment transactions are processed directly between merchant accounts and customer UPI/bank systems.

Transaction Disputes

If any dispute occurs related to our dashboard services, subscription plans or platform tools, our support team will review the matter carefully.

Users may be required to provide transaction reference, payment screenshot and related details for verification.

• Merchant dashboard access problems can be resolved.
• Technical issues related to platform tools may be supported.
• Banking or external UPI disputes should be resolved through respective banks or payment providers.
